This Code of Conduct outlines the foundational principles and practices that guide our relationships with clients, suppliers, manufacturers, and employees. It represents the minimum standards of business behavior we expect—not just within our organization, but also from all of our partners and stakeholders across the apparel supply chain.
While this code reflects our internal values, it is also aligned with national and international legal frameworks, which must be upheld at all times. Importantly, this Code shall never be used as a tool against employees, but rather as a guide for mutual accountability and responsible conduct.

We fully comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations—including those related to labor, trade, import/export, and competition. -
Fair and Ethical Business Practices
We conduct business with honesty, fairness, and within the bounds of applicable competition laws. All transactions are accurately documented and reported according to recognized accounting standards. -
Transparency in Operations
Our financial and business reporting reflects our commitment to transparency, providing a true and fair view of our operations and performance. -
Respect for Human Rights & Labor Standards
Bdsource strictly prohibits child labor and adheres to international conventions such as ILO Conventions 138 and 182. We promote decent working conditions and uphold global labor rights across all levels of our supply chain. -
Workplace Equality & Respect
We foster a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace. We value integrity, collaboration, and professionalism, ensuring all individuals are treated with dignity. -
Fair Wages & Reasonable Working Hours
All employees must be paid at least the minimum wage as per Bangladeshi labor law or prevailing industry standards—whichever is higher. Legally mandated benefits are also ensured. Working hours are capped at 48 hours per week, with overtime compensation in accordance with local laws. -
